Refund Policy

We appreciate that your plans may change due to circumstances beyond your control. Tickets to the Victory Ball are refundable up until 30 days before the event, which takes place on 6 September 2025. Refund requests must be submitted no later than 6 August 2025. After this date, all sales are final.

We appreciate your understanding, as costs and commitments for an event of this scale are confirmed well in advance.

If you are unable to attend, tickets are fully transferable. You are welcome to nominate another guest to attend in your place—simply email us at secretary@sandbag.asia  with the updated name and contact details no later than 1 September 2025.
